This is a TUSA HyFlex SWITCH fin.
It has been used quite a bit, so there are scratches and dirt, but I believe it can still be used.
The straps have never been removed, so they may be stiff. I think it's fine to use them as they are.
The boots show considerable signs of wear and have some torn areas. I will include them if you'd like, but I can send just the fins if you don't need them. (The price will not change if you only want the fins.)
