Mares Power Planar Fins S Black Mares Power Planar Tech

Mares Power Plana Tech Fins, Size S, Black.

I purchased these because I like Mares, but I couldn't handle them as a woman, so I'm selling them.

I've used them for 6 dives, so please check the photos for the condition of scratches and dirt.

Size: S (Small)
Color: Black
Weight: Approx. 1.3kg per fin
Material: Rubber
Straps: S-size bungee straps + spacer parts (other straps can also be attached)

They fit perfectly with a 24cm boot for a World Dive drysuit, so they might be suitable for women using drysuits.

If using with wetsuit boots, they might fit men with slightly larger sizes.

They are very heavy and stiff.
A benefit was that they have negative buoyancy, so ankle weights were not needed.
They were also very good for stability and not slipping, even on rough terrain.

As they are tech fins, they are suitable for frog kicks and flutter kicks.
They feel like wearing boards and do not bend at all.

I don't think the average woman's leg strength for enjoying fun diving can handle them.
When women use Power Plana, they are told, You're like special forces! or You're so powerful!

These fins really feel like they are for professional divers.
I thought it would be cool to be able to handle them, but I ended up buying new fins.

Please consider them if you'd like to try them out...
