The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Cosplay Costume XS

Description
I am selling this item as I have no opportunity to use it.
This is a cosplay costume of the Kitakou uniform from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. I purchased it over 10 years ago and it has remained in the bag without being used. There is no size chart, but I believe XS was the appropriate size for 150-155 cm.
Please understand that there are folding creases as it has been folded for a long time.
I have forgotten the brand, but I believe it was Urban Trading.
As shown in the second photo, the purchase date and size are written, but a part of the bag with my name on it has been cut off. The contents have not been opened.
