I am 165cm with an average build, but the shoulders and cuffs felt a bit tight and constricting. The sleeves are also a bit short. I think it would fit a slimmer build better.
Conversely, the skirt is a bit large and loosely made. Since there is no elastic in the skirt, you can adjust it with suspenders or similar items.
The material is nylon and has a slightly nice texture, with a solid construction.
