These forged pegs are made by heating round steel material to about 1100°C until red hot, then applying a strong force of about 1 ton to instantly crush the cross-section into an oval shape. By applying strong pressure to the heated steel, pegs with excellent strength are created.

Regular round pegs tend to spin in the ground, making them difficult to use. However, oval pegs penetrate well even in hard ground mixed with gravel and stones, and they fix firmly without spinning in the ground.

The rope-pulling direction is designed with thicker material to withstand strong forces.

The areas where the rope touches have been trimmed to prevent the rope from being cut by burrs, with meticulous attention to detail.

The coating is cation electrodeposition paint, which offers excellent rust prevention and can withstand over 1,000 hours of salt spray testing.
