Description
This is a speaker with a 60cm Daikoku woofer, which is being offered as an early release, housed in an enclosure.
The base is a YAMAHA S4115hⅡ front-loaded horn. The horn section has been cut off, reinforced, and a new baffle made of 24mm plywood, 70mm wider than the original, has been added on top of the original baffle, which was insufficient for mounting the 60cm woofer. The corners have been reinforced with tamo laminated wood.
Inside, 55mm thick rock wool insulation is used for sound absorption, and Belden 8460 is used for wiring. Western Electric jumpers are used for the rear terminals. It is connected in series to achieve 8Ω.
The dimensions are 670mm wide, 900mm high, and 460mm deep, with a weight of 75kg.
The usual waveform measurement will be conducted at a later date, so please check back if you are interested.
