Please be sure to read the description and profile.
❗️ The information in the name takes priority.
--------------------------------------------------

❗️ Shipping will be on the final day set.

I style the wig using wax, spray, and glue, and finish with a spray to ensure it holds its shape for as long as possible.

Packet shipping (will be sent in a box with a thickness of 3cm).

Some deformation may occur due to pressure during shipping in a box. Please purchase with understanding.
If you are concerned about deformation, please add extra charges for Packet Plus (+350 yen) shipping, 60cm box (+650 yen), 80cm box (+750 yen), or mannequin set (from 2500 yen).
❗️ Eco-delivery is prioritized. Please set this in advance.

❗️❗️ We highly recommend shipping all set wigs in a 60cm or larger box.

❗️ Packaging
For Packet and Packet Plus, the wig will be shipped in its bag. For 60cm and larger boxes, it will be shipped in a separate new plastic bag.

❗️ For mannequin sets, it is easier to disassemble the cardboard box first when removing the wig.

❗️ Wigs are shipped in order. Since shipping is often done close to the set deadline, those in a hurry should decide for themselves whether to request expedited shipping or change the shipping method.

❗️ For rush orders or priority shipping:
Additional charge of 1000 yen (shipping the day after tomorrow)
2000 yen or more (same-day or next-day shipping)

❗️ For multiple orders:
* If you combine 2 items in a Packet shipment, you can get a 200 yen discount on shipping. However, changing to an 80cm box is recommended.

❗️ Upon arrival, please remove the wig from the box immediately and set it on a stand to prevent it from losing its shape.

* No returns/exchanges accepted.

❗️ Since it is difficult to achieve the exact same state as the photos of styled wigs each time, please purchase only if you understand that there may be slight differences. Those seeking perfection should refrain from purchasing.

❗️ Wig orders are possible. Please comment on any page.
* Cancellations without a reply after a dedicated page has been created will result in blocking.
* We do not attach hair wefts, specify wig brands, or create lace wigs.
* Items that require extensive work, such as damaging and volumizing, will be more expensive. (We may refuse orders depending on the current workload.)
When ordering, please provide detailed specifications, preferences, and the intended use date. Please also inform us in advance if your location (e.g., Hokkaido, Okinawa) experiences delayed mail delivery, or please order with ample time.
