Fukuzen Uchigatana 16cm with 8-piece storage case, unused

Purchased around May 2025, I am selling them as I have no opportunity to use them.
They have been stored in a dark place and are in good condition, unused.

[Uchigatana]
Uchigatana, camping pegs developed using blade manufacturing technology.
As the name suggests, they have a Japanese sword-like shape and are made of highly durable stainless steel. They are designed to resist deformation.
The steel used is blade-grade stainless steel, which has undergone vacuum heat treatment, similar to the manufacturing process for blades.
Being as hard as a blade, the tips are resistant to crushing, and they are as resistant to bending as 5.0mm diameter titanium pegs.
Due to their robustness, you can drive them into rocky ground without worry.
They have excellent corrosion resistance, showing almost no signs of rust even after being left outdoors for about 2.5 months.
The tip shape is inspired by Japanese swords, giving them a beautiful and luxurious appearance.
All surfaces are chamfered to prevent damage to ropes.
Their holding power in the ground is equivalent to that of 5.0mm diameter titanium pegs of the same size.
They can also be easily removed by rotating them during packing up.

Size: Total length 160mm x Width 13.5mm (max insertion part 5mm) x Thickness 2.5mm
Weight: Approx. 16g per peg
Material: Blade-grade stainless steel (Quenched and tempered)

[Pekes]
The main body of the case is made of X-PAC, a lightweight yet highly tear-resistant 70d ripstop nylon fabric.
This peg case features a double-opening coil zipper from YKK(※1), designed for stress-free insertion and removal of the Uchigatana pegs, and is sewn in a factory in Japan.
The X-PLY intermediate layer, which forms the characteristic X-shape of X-PAC fabric for increased strength, closely resembles the diamond patterns historically used in Japanese clothing and family crests, giving the fabric, despite its foreign origin, a somewhat Japanese aesthetic.
Combined with its lightweight fabric, this Pekes case has a finish reminiscent of a ninja tool pouch.

The 16cm Uchigatana Pekes can store 8 Uchigatana pegs.
In addition to pegs, it can also be used to store small items such as cutlery and fire bellows, so we hope you will find it convenient.
