Shimori Uki System 3 Types (Shimori Balls 8, 7, 6) Significantly Increases Hooking Rate!

Many anglers using sinking flies with markers (floats) have likely experienced bites where the marker twitches, but you couldn't hook the fish, haven't you? The biggest advantage of this Shimori-Uki system is that it floats just barely, almost regardless of the fly's weight. If a fish bites, with a conventional marker, it might feel some resistance or discomfort and spit out the fly.
With this Shimori-Uki, fish can bite without any resistance and sink the Shimori-Uki. Bite detection is clear, and hooking misses are dramatically reduced. It is particularly effective in pond-style stocked fishing areas.

[Catch Report]
December 18, 2025, Pond-style stocked fishing area with a large stocking
Weather: Sunny, Temperature: 5-13°C, Water Temperature: 10°C
When fishing with conventional markers, fish are often wary, and the hooking rate is poor, ranging from 20% to 50%. You'd be satisfied catching around 10 fish. However, on this day, the hooking rate was an astonishing nearly 80%, and we caught 29 large fish, which is a huge success for this pond.

[Precautions]
The Shimori-dama (float ball) is made of expanded polystyrene, so it has strong buoyancy but is fragile. Please do not pull hard or crush it.
