These units were removed from commercial facility halls where they were actively used for PA until a few years ago.
Tested prior to listing: measured 5.6Ω, no wire breaks, sound output confirmed.
Diaphragm in good condition.
Can also be repurposed for home audio, such as DIY speakers. In particular, these tweeters are from the Victor era, featuring a robust design with a powerful magnet driver and significant weight. The driver itself is made of machined aluminum. They also have high efficiency. We believe they are particularly well-suited for creating speakers focused on delicate high frequencies to higher volume live sources, rock, and jazz. With proper adjustment of the amplifier, enclosure, and LCR network, these units should provide powerful audio playback.
