Please note! This is a sale of the main unit only, without the power cable.

The other day, a buyer pointed out that it was not working due to an error lamp. After processing the return and receiving the item back, I contacted EPSON support and they said:

If the receipt cutter is slightly extended, the receipt door will not close properly, which causes an error.

I fixed it by following the instructions. I don't know why it happened, but I apologize to the previous buyer. The first photo shows the printer powered on. The error is no longer displayed.

As of October 10, 2025, it is in good working condition.

There are some minor scratches, but I believe it is in beautiful condition.
If your original printer was an EPSON, you can use the same power cable. If your EPSON model of the same series is malfunctioning, please try this one.

I have cleaned it as thoroughly as possible.
