Regal Vice, Fly Tying

Description

I believe it is in beautiful condition with no noticeable scratches or stains.

It was only used a few times when friends visited.
I currently use an older Regal vise myself, but I think this is a good vise that can easily and securely clamp hooks from midges to streamers without fine adjustments, and allows for tying with hooks as fine as #20 without moving.
