Showa Retro Hand Fly Vise (Daiwa)

Purchased approximately 50 years ago.
I recall this being during the early days of fly fishing in Japan, when tenkara (a type of fly fishing) was the main method.
There are no fixing screw holes or anything similar on the end of the vise shaft to make it stand on its own.
This is a hand-held type.
How about someone who wants to enjoy the nostalgic atmosphere of that era? ☆
