Description
Precious Japanese Pheasant (Female) Body Skin
Natural female Japanese pheasants are rarely available as hunting is prohibited (these are free-range farmed).
A wide variety of feathers, from fine to large, and multi-colored feathers can be obtained.
Includes tail feathers.
Female pheasants do not have sword feathers.
The pheasants were processed from free-range farming, with meat removed, degreased, washed, preserved, and then air-dried.
*Due to processing, there are no feathers from the belly to the hind leg area, which are not used much.
*Japanese pheasant skin is thin, so there may be tears during deboning and degreasing, but this does not affect the feathers.
Please use as materials for fishing flies.
Length: Approximately 50 cm.
This is for 2 birds.
We also have male pheasants available, so please contact us if you wish to purchase multiple items, as we may be able to offer a slight discount.
- Color: Green and brown feathers with iridescent sheen
- Length: Approximately 50 cm
Thank you for looking.
