Description

There are signs of use (see photo 1), but there are no tears on the inside, so I believe it is still fully usable.

Includes a strap anti-rotation device (made by CHINOOK). See photo 5.

Note: I disassembled and cleaned the item for listing, but I was unable to completely remove all the sand, especially from the Velcro areas. Please be aware of this in advance.
