Description

This appears to have been stored unused in a garage by a family member whose hobby is working on motorcycles. I'm not very knowledgeable about it, so I'm listing it as a surplus item. The box shows some signs of deterioration.
I have not tested its operation or condition, so please consider it a junk item and be cautious when purchasing.
