Daiso "Sealed Container with Handle 5.5L" converted into a filament case with built-in silica gel case

This product allows you to store filament spools in Daiso's Sealed Container with Handle 5.5L (JAN: 4550480354385) (see 5th photo) and dispense filament without opening the container. (It can also be used without the container.)
Our custom-developed combination of bearings and rollers allows for smooth filament dispensing with minimal resistance.
Additionally, one of the rollers has a built-in compartment for silica gel, eliminating the need for a separate silica gel case.

The items included in this listing are:
① Spool Stand Set (Photos 1, 2, 3)
   - Simple snap-fit design.
② Thermohygrometer Mount (Top of Photo 4)
③ Filament Outlet (Bottom of Photo 4)
④ Bottom Adapter (Photo 5)
   - Relieves tilting when the container is placed vertically.
   - Includes holes for bolt mounting.
⑤ 4 sets of M3 bolts & nuts

You can choose the color for items ①-④ (excluding bearings) from white, black, red, or blue. Partial color mixing is possible as shown in the photos. The color of the bearings will be chosen by us.
Please note that you will need to provide your own Daiso container, a drill for making holes, and a thermohygrometer (available on Amazon, etc. - can be used without one).
Production will begin after your order is placed, so please allow a few days for shipping.

- Colors will be based on the filament product color. The filament manufacturer and brand will be determined by us.
- The color of the hole drilling jig and bearings will be chosen by us.
- This product is 3D printed by an individual. Please understand that minor printing imperfections or distortions may occur due to the printing environment, but these will not affect usability. Those seeking industrial-grade finishes should refrain from purchasing.

- This product is designed to accommodate standard 1kg spools (effective roller width approx. 73mm), but we cannot guarantee compatibility with all products.
