- The volume UP button on the main unit does not respond. The volume cannot be increased using the main unit's controls.
- Music playback (earphone output), FM radio reception, and all button operations except for volume UP are functioning well.
- The battery is estimated to last only about 30 minutes to 1 hour.

[Operation]
- Buttons: Only the volume UP button is non-functional; all others are good. The volume can be reset using the reset button.
- Music Playback: Good (*Volume cannot be increased on the main unit)
- PC Communication (Drag & Drop): No issues
- FM Radio Reception: Confirmed

[Exterior]
- Screen: There are scuffs on the surface. The LCD itself has no color unevenness and is clearly visible.
- Overall: There is a slight dent on the back, and the corners show dents with paint peeling.
