This is a 2nd generation product purchased in January 2024. My wife used it until the evening of the 29th when she changed her smartphone.
The issue occurred after the following steps:
Turn off Bluetooth
↓
Put the button on the back into pairing mode
↓
The blue light does not blink.
After that, charging was confirmed... Right ear OK, Left ear OK, Case OK.
There are no issues with the left or right earbuds.
The battery performance was previously comparable to that of a new product.
Returns are possible for issues with the initial earbuds, but we cannot guarantee anything other than the case charging.
