Purchased at a pro shop in Osaka and used for one season.

Handle: Rubber
Rope: Coated

Used in freshwater. After use, it was immediately rinsed with fresh water, air-dried in the shade, and stored indoors.
I believe the handle is a very rare model with a rubber grip and aluminum float.
Because it's rubber, the grip is incomparable to sponge or suede, making riding easier.
The rope is a lightweight, non-stretching coated type.
