[Creates beautiful posture necessary for dance]
● Trains the pelvis to stand upright, creating the beautiful posture necessary for dance.
● Makes en deux (a ballet term for turning out the legs from the hips) easier.
● Improves balance and allows for beautiful weight transfer, leading to a graceful walk with good posture and extended knees.
[Improves dance skills with lower body muscle strength]
● Naturally straightens the back and efficiently builds muscle by engaging muscles not typically used.
● Increases the power to step down with the heel, leading to improvements in jumps, turns, and other dance moves.
● Strengthens the arch of the foot by firmly gripping with the toes.
[Reduces foot fatigue]
● When correct posture is achieved and the muscles of the feet are used in a balanced way, excess strain on the feet is reduced, leading to less fatigue.
《How to use》Wear them correctly and walk by placing your heel on the floor first. Be careful to stand straight and avoid walking with bent knees.
Start by walking for about 5 minutes and gradually increase the time. You can use them anytime, such as after bathing or between lessons.
