This is a set of a size 140cm T-shirt and tights for boys, purchased from Chacott, a specialty store for ballet goods.
The tights have an elastic waistband that has been sewn to fit the body size. It is hand-sewn. Since it is sewn on easily, I believe it can be removed without difficulty. The child quit ballet shortly after, so they were only used a few times and are in beautiful condition.
