Pannier Cosplay White
This is a petticoat that came with a Cardcaptor Sakura costume purchased from Sanbun Mosou.
I already own a petticoat that I use, so this one has been folded and stored as it was when it arrived.
The second image is of it being tried on.
It has wires, so it lifts even heavy skirts and is highly accurate to the anime.
It was only worn this one time.
Immediate purchase OK
