dbx 165A Compressor
299.00 $
Description
The DBX 165A is a compressor-limiter that employs the OVER EASY characteristic, as indicated on the front panel.
The difference is that the compression curve of the 165A is over easy, meaning it has a smooth compression effect, allowing for more natural and smooth compression.
The attack and release times can also be adjusted in manual or auto mode, making it very convenient.
Another feature is the addition of a Peak Stop function after the output. This clipping function forcibly cuts signals exceeding the set level, preventing them from being output. Therefore, even if you accidentally increase the output gain, your speakers and other equipment will not be damaged.
This unit was used in a professional recording studio in Tokyo.
