Beautiful Condition Voluminous Pannier Skirt Black M Elastic Gothic Lolita Cosplay Dance Costume

This is a voluminous black chiffon petticoat.
I believe it was made by a circle that handled cosplay costumes. It's a tiered skirt with gathered chiffon fabric that has a soft feel, and it has plenty of volume with ruffles at the hem, making the skirt flare out beautifully.
How about using it for Lolita fashion like Gothic Lolita or Kuro Rori, cosplay, or costumes for dance?
Wouldn't it also be cute to show it off a little as an underskirt?
*I wore this as an underskirt for the Peace Now skirt that is also listed separately.
