Century NICOICHI BOX 3.5-inch IDE HDD Case

This is a Century external HDD case, Nikoichi Box (CTW35U2), found during a clean-out of my parents' home.
It originally contained HDDs, but they have been removed after data erasure, so this listing is for the [case body and AC adapter ONLY].

Compatible HDD: For 3.5-inch IDE (Parallel ATA) ONLY. *Please note that this is not compatible with the recent SATA standard.
Connection: USB 2.0
[Operating Specifications]
Mode: This product does not have a switch on the back.
Recognition: When two HDDs are installed inside, it is designed for (or primarily for) Combine Mode, which automatically recognizes the total capacity of both drives.
Confirmed: It has been confirmed that up until recently, two HDDs (200GB + 80GB) were installed and recognized by the PC as a single drive, and could be formatted normally.

This is an old precision electronic device from over 15 years ago. While it is currently working, future operation cannot be guaranteed.
There are some minor scuffs and signs of use on the exterior.
How about using this for data extraction, etc., if you have old IDE standard HDDs?
As this is a precision electronic device, it will be shipped packed with bubble wrap.
