Bose S1 Pro Older Model - Battery Pack Has Issues

This is a Bose S1 Pro (previous model) portable PA system.
There is a dent on the grille from impact, but it does not affect the sound performance.
This is a battery-powered model, but the genuine battery pack has an issue and cannot communicate with the main unit. It seems to function as a battery, but since the charge level is unknown, I have been using it recently with the battery removed and connected to the power cable. The last date of use was October 19, 2025.
A power cable is included, although it is not shown in the images.
