The following is quoted from the product description page:

========
The RNDI is a DI box with Rupert Neve's signature sound, featuring custom-designed transformers and Class A discrete FET amplifiers. The careful harmony of these crucial elements results in a direct sound full of character and vitality - it will convey the harmonics and depth of everything from guitars, basses, and acoustic instruments to professional line-level sources without compromise.

Portable and powerful, the RNDI is capable of highlighting the sound of both instruments and amplifiers, and is the first DI box truly worthy of the Rupert Neve name.
