On Sale!! Rare ⭐️ National Pepper R-5 AM Pocket Radio

Reduced price due to box damage!!

This is an old National AM radio, Pepper R-5.
It was found in a friend's warehouse and was brand new and unopened.

Made in Japan is indicated.
Showa-era appliance from the National brand era.

It was opened for photography and condition check, and we confirmed that sound comes out from both the speaker and earphones using two AAA batteries.
The included earphones work, but the parts that go into the ears are quite deteriorated.
The old National batteries (NEO hi top) are brand new and unopened, but as they are old, they are not usable.

The outer box has damage such as dents, and a gift ribbon is attached with tape. No matter how hard you try, it won't peel off cleanly, and tape marks will likely remain.

The condition is listed as near unused, but as this is a very old item, even though it was originally new, there are signs of age-related deterioration, such as minor scratches, dirt, and dullness from the included vinyl case.

I am an amateur, so there may be other oversights, but thank you for your understanding.

As shown in the reference images, there are multiple unopened units available. If you are interested in an unopened item, please leave a comment. Multiple purchases are also possible.

Some boxes have dents, and some wrapping paper is torn.

While generally I believe they are fine, for unopened items, we cannot check the condition or functionality of the contents. Therefore, please consider them as is / junk items for now.
