National Vacuum Tube Radio RE-260 Reception Confirmed, Showa Retro

This is a transformerless vacuum tube radio, the RE-260, manufactured by National (Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.).

It has been lightly cleaned with disinfectant wipes for this listing.
Sound output has been confirmed. I listened to it through the main speaker for about 60 minutes.
It played without any issues, but as this is a considerable retro item, it is recommended for those who can maintain it.
It's interesting that it can receive shortwave broadcasts, so I operate it occasionally to maintain its condition.

The tuning dial and needle move smoothly.
The volume control has minimal crackling.
External input and earphone jacks have not been tested.

Based on a quick search, this product appears to have been released around 1964.
Collectors and enthusiasts who will cherish it are most welcome.
However, I do not have much knowledge about receivers, so I cannot answer specialized questions.

As this is an item from nearly 60 years ago, it is currently working, but
its condition may change due to the shock of transportation.
It will be carefully packed with bubble wrap, but please understand.

This is a considerably old product, but it is in relatively good condition. It is also recommended as an interior decoration.

Immediate purchase is welcome. You can proceed without any communication until the end. A small discount is available for combined purchases with other items.
