We have confirmed that it can clone HDDs to SSDs. It has only been used a few times, and we tested cloning from a 3.5-inch HDD to an SSD and confirmed it works without issues.
You can install two SSDs/HDDs, making it convenient not only for cloning but also for everyday use as an external SSD/HDD stand.
