Upon purchase, the risk of the object of sale shall transfer to the winning bidder.

If pursuing the seller's responsibility, the winning bidder shall bear the burden of proof for any claim and must provide evidence that leaves no room for reasonable doubt.
The winning bidder shall bear full responsibility for all issues inherent in transactions between parties, regardless of where responsibility lies.
In the event of any monetary exchange, such as a refund, due to any circumstances arising from this agreement, the exchange shall be conducted between Japan Post Bank accounts, regardless of our fault.
If, for any reason, the winning bidder needs to ship an item to the seller, the seller shall choose the shipping method, regardless of whether the seller is at fault for the circumstances that led to the need for shipping.
