This is a TASCAM (TEAC) PB-32P patch bay.
Both the front and rear are Phone Jack types.
There are no major scratches or dirt on the main unit, but there is some dirt on the panel. Also, as this is an older model, there may be crackling due to poor contact in each jack.
While I have cleaned it thoroughly, I recommend cleaning it again before serious use.
The original box is not included, so it will be wrapped in air cushioning and shipped in a cardboard box.
