I purchased this from another site but am selling it as I don't get much use out of it.
It has a lovely flared line with plenty of volume.
The stretchy ribbon allows for a secure waist closure.
The color is darker than in the photos, closer to navy blue than a typical blue.
There is a seam in the center back where the fabric is joined.
