Chacott Dot Ballet Skirt 140J-150J

This is a junior ballet skirt with a black and white polka dot pattern. The size is listed as 140J-150J, but because of the cute design, I think it would be a better fit for children up to around the second or third grade of elementary school! (From around the fourth grade, they start to admire older girls and wear skirts without underskirts or just shorts ( ˙³˙)~♡)
The waistband is elastic, so it has some stretch, and it's a pull-on style, not a wrap skirt.
