This is a large radio cassette recorder released in 1980, equipped with a 16cm woofer and a 10W high-power model. *The tweeter is 5cm.

Among the 5000 series, the 5600 is a popular model that embodies the image of a powerful radio cassette recorder with its performance and design, and we receive many individual requests for it.

While National models may not be as visually striking as some others, they offer excellent reproduction of mid to high frequencies. With the included MX head, you can enjoy various genres with high sound quality.
It also features functions of a high-end model of its time, such as auto-stop, TPS, and compatibility with metal tapes.

Detailed maintenance includes replacing capacitors on the amplifier side, disassembling and servicing switches, and replacing damaged resistors on the output side, which is a potential trouble spot for this model. If this is not addressed, clean output cannot be achieved.

While Sony may be more popular in terms of image, this National model is highly recommended. It is a complex and high-end unit, and while it is expensive, we would be grateful if you would consider it.
