Fine-Tuning Sound: The World of the Tube Graphic Equalizer: Special Appendix: Luxman Tube Graphic Equalizer Kit (ONTOMO MOOK)
▪️Book Overview
The 4th installment in the Luxman Tube Kit series from ONTOMO MOOK is a tube graphic equalizer. Audio frequency characteristics change depending on various factors such as volume, room acoustics, speakers, and other equipment. A graphic equalizer allows you to create a sound that is pleasing to your ears according to the situation. Although it's a kit, assembly only requires screwing together the chassis, so anyone can easily and reliably build it with just a Phillips head screwdriver. To connect it, use RCA cables to connect the amplifier's REC OUT to the equalizer's input, and then connect the amplifier's PLAY or MONITOR to the equalizer's output with RCA cables. The graphic equalizer features 5 bands (55Hz/220Hz/880Hz/3.5kHz/14kHz) which are easy to handle, and can be adjusted by ±8dB. It also has an equalizer on/off switch, allowing you to instantly compare the effects.
