In my opinion, there is little wax residue, the fabric is still soft, and it appears to be a wetsuit that can still be used.

It will be useful until the water gets colder. Made by a famous brand in Japan, it is well-constructed and recommended for beginners.

It has been used heavily for marine sports, so there are signs of age and wear.

Below is a description of the item's condition, listed as having scratches and dirt.

As shown in photos 5-7, there are noticeable wrinkles all over, likely from being dried inside out.

Photos 8-9 show peeling of the bonded tape and separation at the seams around the opening.
Addendum: The bonded tape peeling occurs in two directions at the same location. I couldn't capture it well, so I've photographed one side. I can provide more photos if requested.

Photos 10-11 show tears in the opening, which is likely an area that experiences tension when putting on the suit.

Photo 12 shows a thread sticking out on the sleeve.
