Description

This is a product that was purchased used, converted to Debian, and set up as a NAS with OpenMediaVault.

It is equipped with 4 x 500GB HDDs configured in RAID6.

Please refer to the following article for setup details. It was created by following it almost exactly.
(The only differences are that the public directory name was changed to share, the username to test, and DHCP was enabled instead of a static IP.)

Access has been confirmed from Windows 11, macOS, and iPhone via SMB. (A reference image is provided only for iPhone access.)

Static IP settings have not been applied, so simply connect a LAN cable to LAN1 and power it on to receive an IP address from the DHCP server. The MAC address for LAN1 is B0:C7:45:4A:42:CE, so please check the assigned IP address from your DHCP server to access it.

Access is available via HTTP and SSH.
For SSH access, you can log in with the username test and password test.
For HTTP access, you can log in with the username admin and password openmediavault.

Included accessories are a power cord and a LAN cable.

It is pre-configured and ready to use upon startup, but please note that it is not running on Buffalo's official firmware.
