This is a set of two handmade soft shackles made with U.S. SAMSON ROPE's AMSTEEL black 7/64in (Dyneema rope 2.5mm) with a breaking strength of 730kg.
Use them in conjunction with whoopie slings and tree huggers as a replacement for carabiners for setting up hammocks, as connectors when camping, or for securing zippers (to keep them firmly closed). They can also be used as a substitute for shackles on yachts and boats. (Achieve flexibility and weight reduction.)
They also greatly contribute to reducing the weight of your backpack.
