My Dearest Vacuum Tubes, 30MP27 and Others
18.48 $
Description
These are vacuum tubes that were used in old 3-point separate stereos.
30MP27 x4 (one was damaged with a crack when removed; the top turned white, so I believe the vacuum seal broke.) Also included are 12BE6, 12BA6, with faded printing, so the model is unknown.
Since their functionality is uncertain, they are being sold as junk.
The 30MP27 is a power amplification tube used in 3-point stereos and radios in the early Showa 40s (mid-1960s). It could produce 4W of output with a low supply voltage and holds fond memories for hobbyists.
