From the website:
the Hammock is a specialty store for Mexican hammocks (Mayan hammocks).
Mexican hammocks are traditional crafts woven using techniques passed down from the Mayan civilization. Even today, in the Yucatan region, where Mayan history is deep, most people sleep in hammocks instead of beds. They have been used to this day because they are good quality.
We have these Mexican hammocks woven by local artisans in original colors for the Hammock, adapted for Japanese homes and outdoor scenes.
We hope you will experience the natural technology that the Hammock proposes.
Please also check our HOW TO page for detailed explanations on indoor installation, etc.
