I'm sorry, but I don't know when this wetsuit was made, as the previous owner didn't know either. Please understand.
I purchased this on Mercari and used it once. I discovered a tear, so I'm reselling it. It's a 2mm/3mm suit, so it is indeed soft. The fabric is not brushed. The neck area is a bit longer, like a long neck style.
I repaired it with rubber adhesive. I've included photos. It's a non-zip specification with a flap on the inside. I haven't used it in the water since the repair, so I can't say how well it seals. It's likely not completely watertight.
Perfect for the second round on warmer days. Great for beginners as sunscreen protection! You can use it freely on windy days!
