Fluorine Roller Yo-Yo, Yo-Yo Long, Set of 2

This is a long-sized version of our traditional fluoropolymer roller buranko yaen, designed to target larger horse mackerel in the spring.

This set includes two yaen: one of our popular traditional fluoropolymer roller yaen and the Buranko Yaen Long, which has the same structure but is extended in length.

Fluoropolymer Roller Buranko Yaen: Approx. 13g, Total length approx. 36cm, for horse mackerel around 15cm.

Buranko Yaen Long: Approx. 15g, Total length approx. 39cm, for horse mackerel around 20cm.

(Features)
① The yaen will instantly spring up upon reaching the squid, even if you are unsure of its exact location.
The advantage is that the squid is more likely to be hooked before it can escape, even if it's still holding the horse mackerel, making it easier for beginners to fish (this is conditional on the squid holding the bait vertically).
When it reaches the squid, the main body of the yaen springs up like a swing (jumps forward), leaving the second and third anchor points on the fishing line.
Unlike traditional spring-loaded yaen, there is no loss in lifting the hook. The speed of the retrieve, the weight of the yaen, and the water pressure during retrieval all contribute to the springing force.
(Once it reaches the squid, you will retrieve it while maintaining the sprung state by loosening the line, similar to a three-point yaen using a yaen stopper.)

② The large fluoropolymer rollers provide excellent slip and quietness, eliminating the need to loosen the line for sending the yaen and reducing the chance of startling the squid. It is also effective for offshore hooking.

③ The hooks are custom-made from ultra-hard stainless steel, designed for a wide catching range, sharpness, and deep penetration. They are barbless (only the third hook has a barb).

④ For night fishing, luminescent stickers are applied to the rear fins to make them less visible to the squid. They glow sufficiently for the duration of the fight after being exposed to light for 30 seconds or more.

⑤ Even without a yaen stopper, the yaen will instantly pierce the squid's body upon reaching it, so no setting is required, and fish are caught.
General yaen hooks are designed to snag the squid's legs when setting or when the horse mackerel is released. This yaen is designed to pierce the larger body or the area behind the eyes.
