This is an XCEL wetsuit made by Japanese craftsmen using Japanese-made fabric.
As expected from a Japanese product, the stitching is meticulous, and the rubber is soft and supple, ensuring a good fit.
XCEL is a long-established wetsuit brand with 40 years of history in Hawaii, the birthplace of surfing. However, they have a limited history of producing wetsuits made in Japan, making this a very rare item.
