Fluorine Roller Swing Hook Long - Set of 2

This is a long-sized version of our traditional Fluorine Roller Swivel Yagen, designed to target larger horse mackerel in the spring.

This set includes two Yagen: one of our popular traditional Fluorine Roller Swivel Yagen and the new Swivel Yagen Long, which has the same structure but is extended in length.

(Note: Using this Yagen with conventional methods may lead to failure. Therefore, both beginners and experienced anglers are requested to read our profile before use.)

Fluorine Roller Swivel Yagen: Approx. 13g, Total length approx. 36cm, for horse mackerel around 15cm.

Swivel Yagen Long: Approx. 15g, Total length approx. 39cm, for horse mackerel around 20cm.

(Features)
① The Yagen will immediately spring up upon reaching the squid, even if you are unsure of its exact location.

The advantage is that the squid is more likely to be hooked before it can escape, even before the horse mackerel is fully secured. This makes it easier for beginners to fish (provided the squid is holding the bait vertically).

When the Yagen reaches the squid, the main body springs up like a swing (jumps forward), leaving the second and third anchor points on the fishing line.

Unlike traditional spring-up mechanisms, there is no loss in lifting the hook. The forward speed, weight of the Yagen, and water pressure during retrieval all contribute to the spring-up force.

(Once it reaches the squid, you will retrieve it while maintaining the sprung-up state by loosening the line, using a three-point Yagen with a Yagen stopper.)

② The large fluorine rollers provide excellent slipperiness and quiet operation, eliminating the need to loosen the line and feed the Yagen, thus minimizing disturbance to the squid. This is also effective for offshore hooking.

③ The hooks are custom-made from ultra-hard stainless steel, designed for a wide capture range, sharpness, and deep penetration. They are barb-less (only the third hook has a barb).

④ For night fishing, phosphorescent stickers are applied to the rear fins to make them less visible to the squid. They glow sufficiently for the duration of the fight after being exposed to light for 30 seconds or more.

⑤ If the Yagen reaches the squid without a Yagen stopper, the hook is designed to instantly spring up and embed into the body. Using a stopper would interfere with this mechanism, causing it to spring up prematurely.

While general Yagen hooks are designed to snag the squid's legs during the strike or when the horse mackerel is released, this Yagen is designed to pierce the larger body or the area behind the eyes.
