Bob Mitsven San Diego Factory Order 8'0 Mid-Length

This is a custom-ordered board from the early 2000s, made at the San Diego factory of Bob Mitsven, who is based in San Diego, California.

Over 20 years have passed since it was ordered, and it can now be considered a vintage board.

At a time when longboards were dominant, this board was intentionally chosen in a manageable 8-foot size. It's a mid-length board characterized by classic California shaping philosophy and an outline that emphasizes practicality.

[Riding Feel & Suitable Wave Conditions]
It pairs particularly well with slow, peeling waist-to-chest high waves in the Choshi/Ioka area, offering a quick takeoff and very stable trim.

For advanced surfers, it has enough buoyancy and stability for nose rides, five, and ten.

It also performs well in head-high waves in the Ibaraki/Kashima (Hirai) area, allowing for enjoyable surfing with the large lines characteristic of mid-length boards.
