This is a modified VOX AC4HW1.
I purchased it at auction.
I will quote the product description from that time.

After modification, the B power supply (1st CAP) indicates 320V after stabilization.
Depending on the individual EL84 tube, it is estimated to have an output of 7.5W or more.

Modification Details:
- All power supply smoothing capacitors have been replaced with current products (JJ, IC) with improved durability and capacitance, and leakage current has been suppressed.
- Coupling capacitors have been replaced with 1960s Mullard MUSTARD and current IC CDE products.
- All cathode bypass capacitors have been replaced with current Nichicon audio-grade products.
- The bypass filter has been reviewed, and a high-cut filter for noise reduction has been revised.
