Price negotiable Sharpeye SYNERGY 5'9 Used by Kazuhiko Watanabe Pickup in Shonan

Purchased used about a year ago from professional surfer Kazuyoshi Watanabe, who competes in QS and other events. This is his personally ordered and used board, which I have used for 4-5 sessions.

I loved it for its speed and maneuverability, but I don't get to use it much at my usual home break. Also, I've gained about 6kg since the original owner's weight, so I'm listing it hoping someone else can use it more appropriately. I believe this size and volume combination is rarely available.

There are several repaired areas, likely done at the factory. The repairs are solid, and there are no current areas needing repair or any damage that would cause water ingress. There are foot marks, so please check the photos.

The smooth rocker that continues from the mid-entry to the tail, combined with a full exit rocker, allows for tight, powerful turns and explosive actions. Furthermore, the deep single concave generates speed and provides excellent drive.

The nose and tail have a bit more volume, and the flat deck ensures overall buoyancy. It brings out powerful surfing while adapting to various conditions and wave sizes. This model is designed for intermediate to advanced surfers.

We recommend choosing the same size as your usual performance shortboard. Within the quiver, it sits between the Inferno 72 and the #77, performing exceptionally well in chest-to-overhead waves (approx. 2-6 feet).
