The outer boxes have some deterioration, so how about using them for building?

These are over 20 years old. Please refrain from bidding if you are looking for perfection or are sensitive.

These were stored in my grandfather's shop, which closed over 10 years ago.
As they have been stored in the shop for many years, the boxes show signs of age-related dirt and some deterioration.
Although I have visually inspected them, there seems to be no issue with the contents. However, please understand that there may be deterioration of the contents that cannot be seen by the naked eye, or small dirt and debris attached to the bags containing the parts.
The tape that sealed the boxes has deteriorated, allowing the boxes to be opened. Therefore, the contents have been photographed, but the bags containing the parts are unopened.
There are pencil markings (prices) on the back of the boxes, likely written by my grandfather.
For these reasons, although the items are unused and unopened, the condition is listed as Near Mint.
